Risk of her winning in court is far too high. The hard evidence from 10 years ago is long gone. And there is an army of lefty English lawyers ready willing and able to defend her in a really long trial at taxpayer (legal aid) expense.
Don't let her back here. We'll never see the end of it.
Good in principle until one remembers that Prevent are demonising people with what in a sane world would be viewed as mainstream views on immigration, particularly illegal entry, as terrorists. Do we really want people such as Starmer, Herbert and Cooper ordering wholesale deportations of British citizens? Just asking for clarification please.
Unfortunately, although I agree with your sentiment, it would never become law here as there are still far too many woke, liberal establishment figures who will oppose it in Parliament even if Reform win the next GE. Good try though.
Then we need an honourable judiciary that is loyal to Britain.
Very interesting, but surely for so drastic and life-affecting action you would have to prove your case in a court of law?
I also would have qualms about the state using such legislation against any political activist it found inconvenient - Tommy Robinson, for example.
So if we could take her citizenship why can we not deport dual passport rape gangers and all foreigners in our prisons ?
Of course maybe we should let this isis baby maker back to rot for life in our prison system although she would be a martyr for idiots to follow ?

Hermer, not Herbert. Autocorrect slipped that one through.
One would imagine this would have occurred to them already, yet they do not do it.
Why not?
Can we make it 4m people please?

What, then will it take?
